Renovation of a municipal facility in Glencoe, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
For the furnishing of all Labor, Materials, and Equipment necessary to construct the improvements. Contracts consist of work related to the replacement of the roofing system on the Regenstein Center and Visitor Center. The work includes: site preparation and protection, removal and replacement of the existing stone copings, and removal and replacement of the existing roofing system. Bidders must file a copy of the AIA-A305 Contractor's Qualification Statement with Trellis Group LLC within 48 hours ofthe Pre-bid Meeting date in conformance with the instructions set forth in the Information for Bidders. The Chicago Horticultural Society reserves the right toreject any and all bids. The Chicago Horticultural Society hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure, that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation.
