The District will not accept SOQs and Proposals received after the specified date and time. Facsimile (fax) or email SOQs/Proposals will not be accepted. It is the Proposers responsibility to ensure that its SOQ and Proposal is received by the deadline. SOQs and Proposals shall be signed by an authorized individual or officer of the firm submitting them. Lammersville Unified School District reserves the right to accept or reject any SOQs and Proposals, and it reserves the right to request the Proposer submit additional information at any time. Applicants shall be responsible for all expenses that they may incur in preparing SOQs and Proposals. Applicants are requested not to contact any other District staff or Board members in connection with this selection process. Any applicants who violate this request will be disqualified from further consideration. Replies involving any substantive issues will be issued by addenda and will be uploaded to the District. It is the responsibility of the Proposers to verify the District for updated information prior to the SOQ and Proposal due date.
