The Program Manager will assist the District with the development of the Bolts Lake reservoir project. We are seeking a highly skilled and reputable firm to oversee the timely and cost-effective implementation of the reservoir project. The Program Manager will guide the remaining project components including federal, state, and local permitting, final design, contract documents, contractor selection, and construction. Additionally, the Program Manager will lead a collaborative project delivery process engaging the District and partners, design firm, construction contractor, and permitting agencies.
