Reference Number 0000348549 The Town of Minturn (Town) seeks the services of qualified individuals, firms, or consortiums to submit a proposal to the Town of Minturn (hereinafter referred to as OWNER) for professional engineering services to conduct a study that gathers and analyzes data, engages stakeholders, and recommends strategies and projects to improve safety on Town of Minturn streets. The selected Consultant will ultimately produce a report that meets the requirements of this RFP and the Safe Streets for All grant criteria. The development of this Safety Action Plan will require the Consultant to review existing Town documents, gather and analyze crash data, conduct meetings, develop, and implement a public engagement plan, and make recommendations.
