Reference Number 0000356624 Job Location: Vail, Colorado The Eagle River Water & Sanitation District (District) and the Upper Eagle Regional Water Authority (Authority) (D&A) require the professional services of a Design Professional to support the reconstruction of Bolts Lake Reservoir including the design of new embankment dams (Main Dam and Saddle Dam), reservoir liner, Cross Creek diversion, and Eagle River pump station. The D&A intends to deliver the construction of the Project via a Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR) project delivery method. The Design Professional will interface with the Integrated Project Team consisting of the D&A management, the Program Manager, and the CMAR. The scope for the Facility Design includes a 30 percent design package with the opportunity for contract amendments incorporating the final detailed design and engineering support during construction. The facility shall be designed and constructed per industry standards to meet Colorado State Engineer's Office (SEO) dam safety rules and regulations. The primary tasks of the Facility Design scope include (1) Project Initiation and Scoping, (2) Design Drawing Development, (3) Specifications Outline, and (4) Evaluation of Diversion Alternatives.
