Consulting services The participating Buying Group Members include, but are not limited to:

The Government of Manitoba Commercial General Liability Insurance Covering Claims for Personal and Bodily Injury, Death, or Damage to Property Arising Out of Any of the Operations of the Contractor or Its Officers, Employees, Agents Providing Services Under the Agreement, or as a Result of Any Negligent Acts or Omissions of the Contractor or Its Officers, Employees, Agents or Subcontractors. This Insurance Shall Have a Minimum Coverage of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) Per Occurrence, Name Manitoba and the Buying Group Members, Its Officers, Employees and Agents as Additional Insureds Relating to the Services Provided Under the Agreement, and Contain a Cross-liability Clause and Provide Coverage for Premises and Operations, Completed Operations, Contingent Employers Liability, Sudden and Accidental Pollution, Blanket Contractual, Extended Bodily Injury, Broad Form Property Damage, and Non-owned Automobile Liability.
