The 2024 Park Avenue Boating Facility South Parking Lot Restoration work includes lakefront construction to remove damaged parking lot and timber walls, install sheet pile with steel channel cap and pedestrian guardrail and armor stone at Northshore Yacht Club The scope of work includes lakefront construction to remove damaged parking lot and timber walls, install sheet pile with steel channel cap and pedestrian guardrail and armor stone and associated work at Park Avenue Boating Facility. The Park Board of the Park District of Highland Park reserves the right to reject any or all bids in full or in part, if it shall deem it in the public interest to do so.
