As of January 11th, 2024 this project is pending an award decision. The work on this project is for public work. A brief description of the scope of work is provided below: Harris Street Improvements - Base Bid: Furnishing all labor, equipment and materials as required for the Harris Street Improvements Project consisting of several blocks of roadway improvements including curb & gutter, sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, driveways, intersection reconstruction, and 2" grind & inlay. Construction also includes approximately 500 lineal feet of new 8" C900 water main, the abandonment of existing 8-inch water main, installation of new valves, fittings, and service connections. There is no pre-bid conference for this project. Prospective bidders are encouraged to visit the project site. Bidders must be qualified to perform the work properly and to comply with applicable laws and bonding requirements. This contract is for public work and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. Prevailing wage rates for public works' contracts in Oregon are required for this project. No bid will be received or considered by the Owner unless the bid contains: 1) a statement that bidder will comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.840 2) a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120.
