As of February 5, 2024, this project was awarded Premier Paving, LLC for the amount of $534,466.90. The Project includes the following Work: Construction consists of the asphalt paving of approximately 830 LF of Marquette Street, an existing, local 2-lane gravel/milled roadway, along with associated earthwork, erosion control, drainage improvements, limited striping and signage, and restoration; as well as drainage and outfall improvements off of Marquette Street, Jackson Avenue, Detroit Avenue, and Muskegon Avenue. Additive Alternates, which include the milling and reconstruction of Jackson Avenue, Detroit Avenue, Clearwater Avenue, and Escambia Avenue, along with curb and gutter and limited striping and signage, may be included in the project based on available budget. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
