The City of Rio Rancho is soliciting bids for Sludge and Sanitary Waste Removal Services from vendors to pick up and deliver iron-based sludge from nine (9) Arsenic Treatment Facilities and six (6) Sanitary waste holding tanks. The bidder must be available after hours on an as-needed basis for emergency parts. Bid submissions shall adhere to a two-step process to be considered responsive. Bidders must submit a properly labeled, original bid in a sealed envelope or container, via a mailing service or hand delivered to the address listed above. Bids submitted after this date and time will be deemed non-responsive. Hard copy and electronic bids must be identical. The City of Rio Rancho Procurement Code, Section 36.37, paragraph B, notes that New Mexico criminal statutes impose felony penalties for illegal bribes, gratuities, and kickbacks. This IFB is issued on behalf of the City of Rio Rancho by the Purchasing Division, which is the SOLE POINT OF CONTACT DURING THE PROCUREMENT PROCESS.
