Notice is hereby given that RHA seeks to engage a qualified firm to provide Construction Manager at Risk professional services for future developments owned by the Housing Authority of the City of Reno. Construction Manager at Risk professional services for future developments owned by the Housing Authority of the City of Reno. An official authorized to bind the Firm(s) must sign the original Statement of Qualifications copy. This solicitation does not commit the RHA to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a Statement of Qualifications or to procure or contract for the articles of goods or services. RHA reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities, to accept or reject any or all responses, to negotiate with any or all qualified Firms, to award or refrain from awarding and to amend, revise or cancel in part or in its entirety this solicitation, if it is in the best interest of the Housing Authority to do so. Deadline for Written Questions and/or Comments November 17 - 4 PM PST Bid Bond: Each bidder is required to include a bid guarantee equivalent to five percent (5%) of the bid price. Payment Bond: After award of contract, Contactor must furnish payment bond for 100% of the contract price. Performance Bond: After award of contract, Contactor must furnish performance bond for 100% of the contract price.
