654-24-1-6035-0001 | project 654-24-006 This requirement is for the 2024 Tri-Annual Circuit Breaker and Feeder Testing at VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS) facility in Reno, Nevada. The Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, services, supplies, equipment, testing, and supervision as described in the attached Statement of Work and Specifications. Wage Determination 2015-5595 dated 07/27/2023 applies. This procurement has been 100% set aside for small business. All included terms and conditions apply. An award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the RFQ, will be most advantageous to the government, considering technical, past performance and price factors. Offers shall be valid for at least 30 days. Period of Performance is 30 calendar days from issuance of notice to proceed (NTP). RFIs due: 12/20/2023, 12:00PM PDT to nicole.renfrew@va.gov
