Liquidated Damages $1000.00 Bid Bond 5.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% The saw cutting of the outline of the patch area, removing temporary patches and a portion of the base material, as necessary, or as ordered from prior utility cuts, compacting base material within the trench to the bottom elevation of the permanent A.C. patch, tacking the edges of the cuts, locating and raising of manholes, vaults, water or gas valves, and survey monuments, removal and reconstruction of vehicle detection loops, placing and compacting A.C. pavement material within the limits of the area prepared and repainting of pavement markings and striping, along with all other appurtenant work necessary to complete the work specified. In some instances, removal of the existing asphalt pavement by milling to a two inch depth in the vicinity of the patch area and subsequent overlay repaving will be required.
