Pinal County is seeking a qualified Architectural/Engineering Firm to provide a complete site planning, programming, schematic design development with budgetary estimates, and full design development phase (complete construction documents and specifications) including agency permitting requirements for the New Pinal County Administration Building Facility located in the County Administration Complex in Florence, Arizona. The new building will house the Assessor, Recorder, School Superintendent and Treasurer s Offices; the Office of Budget and Finance; and the Human Resources and Communications & Marketing Departments. Pinal reserves the right to accept or reject any and all submittals, to accept or reject only part of a submittal; to reject all non-responsive or non-responsible submittals; to advertise for new submittals; to waive any and all informalities in a submittal not involving time or changes in the Scope of Work or to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional submittals when it is considered to be in the best interests of Pinal; to withhold the award for any reason deemed suitable by Pinal and to cancel this Request for Qualifications at any time before the award of the contract by the Board of Supervisors of Pinal County, Arizona. Estimated Contract Notice to Proceed Date: February 2024 At the time of submittal, and at all times during the performance of this contract, Prime Consultant shall have the proper Arizona licenses and/or registrations. It is the prime Consultant's responsibility to verify that all Subconsultants, in the SOQ submittal, have the proper Arizona licenses and /or registrations.
