Oxford Township is publishing a request for proposals to bid a 2 year Road Grading/Maintenance contract that will run from November 2023 to December 31, 2025 to grade major roads approximately every other week with others as needed. Bids must include specific types of equipment to be used, hourly rates and response time. Bids must be accompanied by a certificate of liability insurance for a minimum of $1.5 million and proof of workers compensation insurance. Oxford Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The township further reserves the right to award each contract to the lowest and/or most responsible bidder as determined by the Town Board of supervisors.
