**As of June 6, 2024, project was awarded to Knife River but awarded amount is not available.** The Project includes the following Work: The Work is generally described as follows for Pigeon Loft Road Improvements, Oxford Township, MN that includes: 860 tons of gravel and shaping the existing roadway, 3400 tons of bituminous, and 340 tons of gravel shoulders on Pigeon Loft Road. Question Deadline 04/08/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. swinter@msa-ps.com, or 612-548-3121 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
