Renovation of an educational facility in Salisbury, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Salisbury University (SU) is seeking a contractor to make repairs to the condenser water and make-up water piping at Henson Science Hall. From January 2nd - 22nd the system will be down for the cooling towers to be refurbished by separate contractor. During this time frame SU would like repairs to be made to the piping serving the associated system. The system at Henson Science Hall includes two cooling towers, two 519ton chillers, and four 4,404,000 BTU boilers that were installed in 2002. The condenser water piping and its components are in need of maintenance and the make-up water piping need to be improved upon.
