Renovation of a multi-residential development in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

CityHousing Hamilton requires a Contractor to replace the existing sanitary piping at 191 Main Street West and the shared parking garage. There are 12 sanitary risers in 191 Main Street West that shall be replaced in phases as part of this scope of Work within the tower; venting at the top of the risers shall be reconnected and reused within the apartment floors, the sanitary risers are generally concealed behind bathroom vanity walls that are plastered. Within the office floors, there is a mixture of plaster and drywall walls that the risers are concealed behind. Removal and repair of ceiling tiles, plaster and drywall with colour matching is included in this scope of Work. .1 The base scope of Work will include replacement of all horizontal sanitary piping and vertical sanitary risers (up to 3rd floor only), B1 & B2 levels, floors 1 through 3, with exception to Hamilton Urban Core Community Health Center (HUCCHC) at 191 Main Street West. .2 The base scope of Work shall also include replacement of sanitary piping throughout the shared parking garage, with the exception of the 200 Jackson Street risers. All horizontal piping under 200 Jackson Street will be replaced and reconnected to the existing risers. .3 Provisional scope of work includes the following items: a) Replacement of sanitary piping throughout floors 4 & 5 (Wesley Youth Housing) and floor 6 (YMCA Senior Housing). b) Replacement of sanitary piping throughout floor 1 (HUCCHC commercial space). c) Replacement of vertical sanitary riser SR-1 & SR-2 (Floor 7 to floor 23) d) Replacement of vertical sanitary riser SR-3 & SR-4 (Floor 7 to floor 23) e) Replacement of vertical sanitary riser SR-5 & SR-6 (Floor 7 to floor 23) f) Replacement of vertical sanitary riser SR-7 & SR-8 (Floor 7 to floor 23) g) Replacement of vertical sanitary riser SR-9 & SR-10 (Floor 7 to floor 23) h) Replacement of vertical sanitary riser SR-11 & SR-12 (Floor 7 to floor 23). i) Provide a complete and functioning heat tracing cable system to protect the new sanitary trap assembly pipes installed in the parking garage.
