Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in McComb, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a day care center; for site work for a day care center; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project Location: 321 South Park Drive, McComb, Ohio Construction of a new approximately 5,100 square foot wood-framed daycare facility with pre-engineered wood truss roof system and concrete slab-on-grade floors. Building will be constructed on a green site located just south of the Dollar General store on State Route 186 on the south side of the Village of McComb, Ohio. The building will include a five (5) classrooms, a nursery, commercial kitchen, restrooms, covered entry and related support spaces. Site improvements include a new asphalt parking area with concrete pedestrian pathways. General Construction (Including all Trades) $1,349,000.00 Bids shall be based on Davis-Bacon Act Prevailing Wage Rates, and must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Performance Bond Construction activities are intended to commence shortly after contract award, with a construction completion date of no later than July 15, 2024. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held via video conference, with meeting link available on Bid Express portal. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
