The work includes construction of an asphalt basketball court, tennis court, and pickleball courts with fencing, as well as construction of an asphalt drive and parking lot with sidewalks and storm drainage. Bids must be submitted on the provided forms, include unit prices, and be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked for the project and addressed as specified. The bid guaranty may be either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond as specified or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the bid. If awarded, a 100% payment and performance bond is required. Bidders must submit an affidavit regarding delinquent personal property taxes as required by Ohio law. The successful bidder must pay Ohio Prevailing Wage Rates. Bids may not be withdrawn for 60 days after the deadline. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive non-material irregularities in the selection of the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
