The Town of New Market is requesting professional engineering/architectural services to complete a Preliminary Engineering Report and operational feasibility study to assess converting the approximately 28,000 square foot historic school building located at 9184 John Sevier Rd. New Market, Virginia 22844 into a mixed-use community service facility. The building needs major renovation and requires facility analysis to determine renovation needs and cost estimates. This project is being financed with Virginia Community Development Block grant funds. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
