The successful Bidder must furnish a Labor and Material Bond and a Performance Bond equal to 100% of the total Bid Price and a Certificate of Insurance naming the Foster Glocester Regional School District as the additional insured on the policy and so stated on the certificate. The Project consists of demolition and construction activities associated with the addition of a concrete pad and a concrete walkway in grassy areas adjacent to the Ponanganset High School Agricultural Building. The work scope also includes the replacement of portion of the Ag. Bldg floor finishes as indicated in the contract documents. B. The Work includes but is not limited to Site and Infrastructure Subgroup, with its divisions Earthwork and Exterior Improvements. C. Coordination with Owners separate concurrent contracts, if any. D. The Work will be constructed under a single prime construction contract. E. All work related to this project shall follow the 2018 IBC with Rhode Island Amendments.
