Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Washington, District of Columbia. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Design-built project to remove and replace the fire alarm and fire suppression system and to install a new chemical wastewater drainage system and (1) underground containment vessel for the drainage system at NRL Building 82. Contractor needs to re-evaluate the explosion proof classification of material storage spaces based on the actual materials stored in them. Please see the provided RFP/SOW for more details. Request for Information (RFIs): RFIs are due 14 November 2023 by 2:00 PM Any questions may be directed to Dominique Brandon at dominique.d.brandon.civ@us.navy.mil Acquire contract services for design and construction to remove and replace the fire alarm and fire suppression system and to install a new chemical waste water drainage system and one (1) underground containment vessel for the drainage system at NRL- Building 82. The intent of this project is to remove and replace the existing fire alarm and fire suppression systems, install chemical waste water drainage system and engineering services in compliance with applicable codes and standards. Please see the provided RFP/Scope of Work (SOW) for more details. estimated price of this construction project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
