The Contractor will provide the Marine Corps with reports, studies, plans and other deliverables that provide analysis of existing and anticipated encroachment challenges, recommendations on courses of actions to prevent, mitigate, repair, or recover from encroachment issues, and detailed strategies for addressing encroachment through a comprehensive set of outreach, partnership, engagement, and encroachment management activities. The effort will involve environmental and encroachment management planning and engineering services at Marine Corps locations worldwide. MCICOM G-7 community representatives will provide the Contractor with technical operational requirements in consonance with the applicable U.S. Marine Corps policies and guidance and strategic plans in order for the Contractor to carry out the required tasks outlined in this work statement. The Contractors work products are advisory in nature and approval of any actions associated with contractor recommendations will be made by the Government. All reports and documents will become the property of the Government.
