Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Thomasville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 12,288-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
This project is a new gymnasium at Shiver Elementary School, (1846 GA-93, Pelham, Georgia) that is part of the Grady County School System. The proposed facility will be one story and roughly 12,288 gross square feet. The main part of the gymnasium will be an open space with roughly 9,752 gross square feet and the remaining 2,536 gross square feet shall be used for bathrooms, locker rooms, storage, and front foyer. The structure will be a metal rigid frame with concrete block walls. The amount of ten percent (10%) of the total of each pay application shall be retained. Retainage will be held until the Contract is Complete and the Owner accepts the completed project. Submit all bidding questions in writing and email to rcfarchitects@gmail.com. The architect shall respond to questions in writing and return them via email. Written responses from the architect are the only valid responses.
