This project consists of improvements to Felix street by removing asphalt base, concrete curbs, and gutters. Installing concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter and sod. Installing sidewalk on South College Street between Wright street and Magnolia Street. Demolition and reconstruction of driveways on Metcalf Avenue. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than ten (10) percent of the Bid, as a guarantee that the Bidder, if awarded the Contract, will within ten (10) days after written notice having been given of such award, enter into a written contract with the City of Thomasville, Georgia, in accordance with the accepted proposal. Bids must be sealed and plainly marked 2022 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS and must be delivered before the time specified. A separate Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract will be required.
