Project No: 23-07-00261.00 Site Modifications: Demolition of existing asphalt drives and parking areas, concrete curbs, concrete pavements, storm water structures including inlets and piping, and other items as indicated on the Drawings. Site Improvements: Site clearing and grading, asphalt drives and parking areas, site access controls, concrete curbs, pavements and walkways, storm water improvements, including piping, catchment structures and fencing, and practice fields primary electrical services serving the New Multi-Purpose Facility. New Multi-Purpose Facility: Multiple level building approximately 135,800 sq. ft. including a 80,000 sq. ft. indoor practice field on the existing campus of Thomas County Central High School (TCCHS). Construction consists of masonry load-bearing and non-load bearing exterior and interior walls, structural steel and steel joist framing system, and a pre-engineered metal building system enclosing the indoor practice field. Roof assembly, except the pre-engineered metal building is composed of metal deck, rigid insulation, low-slope membrane roof system and metal edge flashing. Exterior finishes shall include face brick, case stone, and metal wall panels. Access to the second-floor coaches suite includes a passenger elevator. Interior components and finishes include architectural cabinet work, interior openings, finishes and specialties. The new facility shall include significant requirements for plumbing, fire sprinkler, HVAC, electrical power and lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems.
