The Town of Washington is soliciting proposals for the demolition and removal of all materials associated with a structure at 16 Woodchuck Hollow Road, Washington, VT. This work is being funded by FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program and all their rules apply. Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. This project consists of demolition, disposal, and required site work for the following property: 16 WOODCHUCK HOLLOW ROAD, WASHINGTON, VT , consisting of [e.g. one house with full basement and a detached one-car garage on a slab and camper trailer] Section 4 ofthis RFP shows options that can be used for certain aspects ofthe demolition and site work (to indicate, for example, ifseptic tanks will be removed or punctured and left in place). Contractors should indicate the method that they will use by marking the check boxes provided for # 1, 2, 3, 6, and 7. If additional space is needed please provide an attachment for Section 4 that clearly shows which options will be used. The Town ofWashington is participating in the FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program which provides funding to towns to purchase and demolish properties damaged in natural disasters.
