Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call civil work for a sidewalk / parking lot and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the construction of a utility enclosure, a concrete Fire Department Personnel driver training pad including an access drive, and training boat ramp. A portion of the concrete paving will be placed in a second phase around a fire training tower structure, which will be provided under a separate contract through the Owner.
