Target and Catch Basin Repairs 8919 Harrison Bay Road Harrison, TN 37341 This request for bids is for a contract to furnish all material, equipment, supplies and labor necessary to create targets and repair catch basins on the driving range and replace gutters and gutter guards. This project will require a full BC, or BC-B; or with the BC-21, BC-24, and a BC-19 licenses. 1) The contractor shall construct a 12-foot circular form around each of the five (5) targets on the Driving Range. a. Six-inches of soil should be removed to add 2-inches of gravel, steel remesh and 4-inches of minimum 4000 PSI concrete equal to soil height. 2) The contractor shall construct a form around each of the six (6) catch basins on the Driving Range. a. Six-inches of soil should be removed to add 2-inches of gravel, steel remesh and 4-inches of minimum 4000 PSI concrete equal to soil height. b. The size of the concrete slab will vary between basins and should be graded toward the drain. 3) The contractor shall replace the gutters on the Restroom for Hole #14 and install gutter guards, downspouts and splash blocks to match existing. 4) The contractor shall install new gutter guards on Restroom for Hole #6. 5) The contractor shall install new gutter guards on the Maintenance Building.
