Site work and paving for a civil project in Markham, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This project involves roadway enhancements to a historic commercial section of Main Street in Unionville. This section of Main Street is home to many significant cultural heritage properties, businesses, shops and restaurants and a tremendous attraction to tourists and shoppers to visit and enjoy a quaint yet vibrant outing. There are also sporting facilities on the north side of Main Street such as the Crosby Arena and the Unionville Curling Club. Only Contractors that have been pre-qualified under 256-P-23 will be eligible to submit a Bid in response to this Request for Tender. Documents may be obtained at https://markham.bidsandtenders.ca/
