Victoria Square West Village Park (Heise Park) is located at 11 Fred Wolstenholme Drive in Markham, ON, west on the intersection of Lord Melborne Street and Woodbine Avenue. The anticipated Work for this Project may include, but is not limited to the following: - Site Preparation and Grading; - Storm and Electrical Services for the park from existing stubs at the Property Line; - Shade Structure (pre-fabricated); - Fencing; - Concrete and Asphalt paving; - C.I.P. concrete footings and curbs; - Junior and Senior Playground installation; - Engineered Wood Fiber Safety Surfacing; - Adult Fitness Equipment; - Rubber Tile surfacing; - Ornamental Stone Seat Walls; - Planting, Sodding and associated Landscape Works; - Site Furnishings. NOTE: Building permits for the Shade Structure, and Plumbing Permit for the site services will be obtained by the City Staff prior to commencement of construction. Obtaining of the Road Occupancy permit and all corresponding fees will be the responsibility of the Successful Bidder. This procurement is subject to CFTA and CETA.
