Renovation of a museum in Markham, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
The City is soliciting Bids from General Contractors for the completion of abatement of designated substances, building envelope repairs and structural repairs to the Raymer Wambold House located at 9404 Markham Road, Markham, Ontario, L3P 3J3. Based on the conditions in the building (extensive mould and animal waste), anyone who wishes to enter is required to wear a Tyvek suit and at least half face N95 or P100 respirator. Furthermore, due to structural damage, additional caution will be taken and the City will limit the number of bidder that will be permitted to enter the building at once.
