Site work for a mixed-use development in Markham, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City is soliciting Bids from qualified and experienced Contractors to repair and replace the defective curb boxes (complete with operating rods, and or valves and associated parts) using the vacuum excavation method at various locations across the City of Markham. In general, the Contractor will provide the necessary expertise, labour, supervision, materials, equipment, vehicles, tools and all other necessary means to perform and complete the Work. The work includes: - Minor repairs and adjustment of Curb Boxes - Replacement of defective Curb Box and Operating Rod - Replacement of defective of Curb Box, Operating Rod and Curb Stop/Valve - Tree trimming and pruning - Removal and replacement of existing surface infrastructure, including but not limited to: - Concrete sidewalk bays - Asphalt driveways - Interlocking stone driveways - Grass/Sod - Top soil within gardens - Clean up and restoration of the site after completion of work Documents can be obtained at: https://markham.bidsandtenders.ca Question Deadline: Tue Nov 7, 2023 1:00 PM (EST)
