The City of Markham is soliciting Bids from experienced and qualified Bidders to undertake mechanical maintenance services for City's seven (7) sewage pumping stations (SPS): 5 wastewater sanitary and 2 stormwater pumping stations; including, but not limited to regular scheduled maintenance, on-demand services. The intent of this contract is: to complete all semi-annual, annual, and biennial Scheduled Maintenance program, in accordance with industry standards, best practice and legislative requirements, to identify and repair any concerns in a timely and cost effective manner, to provide on-demand repair services to prolong the life of the equipment and minimize breakdowns, to ensure all systems are fully operational.
