Backstop and Outfield Fence Replacement (Various Locations) includes a variety of site dependent Works for the following two (2) locations: Ward 7, Featherstone Park, 111 Featherstone Ave, Markham, ON L3S 2S4 Ward 8, Milliken Mills Park, 4375 14th Ave, Markham, ON L3R 5R5 Successful Bidder shall provide all labour, materials and services to remove existing backstop and outfield fences; and, supply and install the replacement backstop and outfield fences at a total of (4) four different baseball diamonds. The anticipated Work for this Project may include, but is not limited to the following: - Removal and disposal off site, of existing backstop and outfield fence. All materials including concrete footings must be removed and disposed of offsite. Any removed material that can be recycled should be disposed of at a recycling facility; - Replace with new backstop fence and outfield fence including all concrete footings with engineered shop drawings per details and specifications; - All gates and openings to remain the same size and at the same locations; - Any damage incurred on City property as a result of fencing installation will be the responsibility of the Successful Bidder / (fencing) Contractor; - The Successful Bidder shall be responsible for all utility locates and stake outs; and, - The Successful Bidder shall be responsible to repair/replace any damages to the asphalt or clay surfaces of the baseball diamonds or park at no additional cost to the City.
