Florida Atlantic University shall establish a master contract with a pool of pre-qualified firm(s) for electrical contracting installation, service, & related products. Contractors shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and test equipment to facilitate all major and minor repairs, new installations of various electrical equipment, and perform routine preventative maintenance regularly found in the electrical field included but not limited to, Transformer Inspection, Switchgear Inspection, electrical feeder testing and work associated with 13KV systems. Additional services for 600V and below are required also. The scope of this proposal shall include but not limited to the following Product and Services Categories:
o Transformer inspection and testing (inc. Oil testing)
o Cable hi-pot testing
o Switchgear inspection/testing
o Provide labor and material for electrical service requests such as but limited to new electrical circuits, conduit work for both FA and Telecom/IT.
o Turnkey replacement of transformer and switchgear
o Lighting replacement, indoor/outdoor
o Lighting retrofit projects
o Lightning Protection systems repair/replacement
o Cabling Replacement
o Electric Meter calibrations and repairs
o Surge Suppression Systems inspection, repair, replacement
o UPS/Battery Backup system maintenance and repair
o Service & Maintenance - preventative and full maintenance contracts, annuals (lighting control systems), emergency services, regulatory compliance (SFM Inspections), scheduled maintenance and software updates for lighting control systems
o Underground Fault Tracing
o Include all other products and services as required to complete the project as required.
