The intent of this invitation for bids is to secure a Contractor to perform full maintenance and repairs as necessary on all Overhead Doors, and repairs to overhead and other entrance doors on an as needed basis. The Fairland Maintenance Facility has a total of 36 overhead and other entrance doors to be covered under this agreement. Door sizes run from 8 x 10 to 14 to 20. All doors are sectional overhead doors on tracks. Pricing for this work shall be lump sum for the preventative maintenance work as described here-in, and Time and Material pricing for repairs and emergency service. The work locations shall include, but are not limited to: Fairland Maintenance Facility 12020 Plum Orchard Drive, Silver Spring, MD 20904. The duration / term of the contract is twenty four (24) months or total payments of $50,000, whichever comes first.
