Site work for a mixed-use development in Vivian, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
North Caddo High Turf Football Field NOTE: Louisiana licensed contractor required for this project with a major classification of building construction and/or commercial specialty classificaton of recreation & sporting facilites and golf courses. BID SECURITY equal to five percent (5%) of the Total Bid shall be in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cashiers check as prescribed by LA RS 38:2218 must be attached to and made a part of the bid. If a bid bond is provided it shall be on the provided form and only on the provided form. Bid bonds must be written by a qualified company licensed to do business in Louisiana. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond written by a company licensed to do business in Louisiana in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. For this project, Liquidated Damages will apply in the amount of _Two Thousand dollars ($2,000.00) per day for each consecutive calendar day which the work is not completed, beginning with the first day beyond the established completion date of one-hundred-sixty (160) days. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after actual date of the opening thereof. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
