Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Vivian, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility; for the construction of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

The intent of the contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the work described. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract. Certain items of work include 1. Demolition of existing hangar building. 2. Construction of one 1,700 sq.ft. single story, pre-engineered metal building lean-to business/office area of roughly 1,700 sq. ft. to be constructed adjacent to existing hangar building. Exterior walls and roof to be pre-finished corrugated metal panels. 3. Removal of debris and turning over to the Owner a complete operating facility. 4. Construction and connecting of utilities and paying of fees, permits, and inspection of services in these connections. 5. Grading (rough and finish) and earthwork related to the building foundation. 6. Top soiling, fertilizing, seeding and mulching of areas affected by construction activities. 7. Work included in paragraphs included herewith and in any section of specifications shall not in any way limit responsibility of Contractor to perform all work and furnish all materials required by the contract documents. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
