Renovation of a medical facility in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
UIHC - Stead Family Children's Hospital - L4 Turn Center Instrument Washer Replacement Work consists of two projects being bid as a single package to be awarded to one Contractor based on the low bid of the combined value of both projects. Separate contracts will be issued for each project, however performance bonds and insurance certificates may be combined for both projects. The two contracts shall be identified as #1052801 & 1052901, and shall contain drawings and specifications delineated in the Construction Documents. Project consists of preparations for four new instrument washer installations. Includes demolition of existing partitions, plumbing, lighting, fire protection and low voltage devices. Installation of new partitions, ceiling, plumbing, fire protection, wall protection, and other is required.
