Is seeking proposals for the removal of existing lighting and installation of LED replacements located in the Learning Resource Center second floor. This project will include: Removal of ten existing florescent can lights and install ten LED fixtures of the same size and in the same location. Removal of forty six (46) existing florescent can lights and install forty six (46) 2'x2' LED fixtures in the same locations. Supply, Install and wire fifty five 2'x2' LED light fixtures in the specified locations. The contractor will be responsible for removal of all scrap products. The contractor will be responsible for any and all equipment needed to complete the work. The contractor will be responsible for moving any items needed to complete the project. (I.e. furniture, framing, ceiling grids, or any other items) Any power planned power outages for the 1st floor must be scheduled 48 hours in advance to make sure the employees and the testing center has proper notice to plan for the outage.
