As of December 15, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded probably until after the new year. Miscellaneous 2024 Improvements Bids shall be submitted on the form provided and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check equal to ten percent of the total price submitted inclusive of add alternates. Bids must remain valid for the period of time stated on the bid form. The Carbondale Area School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Project has the following separate prime construction contracts: Mechanical Construction Electrical Construction The Work consists of the following: 1.Boiler repairs for two HS boilers. 2.Replacing expansion joints in the hot water mains throughout the HS. 3.Replacing lighting for seating areas 1-for-1 in the auditorium. 4.Replacing a combination make-up air and kitchen exhaust unit at the ES.
