As of December 7, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Trenching Project 2023-2024 Farm Underground Cable Replacements. the successful Contractor will be required to furnish a Surety or Performance Bond for 100% of the contract price. Questions Submitted November 20, 2023, at 3:00PM PST QUESTIONS: Levi Lanphear, Procurement Administrator cp@bentonpud.org Benton PUD will: Provide staking sheets for each location. Install all direct buried cable. Have crew Foreman/crews on site while Contractor is trenching (Exception: If trenching is slow due to rocky conditions crews may pull off for the day to allow Contractor to have enough trench open for cable installation) Ensure that the landowner or designated representative is present at the pre-construction meeting
