The City of Superior is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the design services for the renovation project at Superior Fire Station #3, 2531 E 5th Street, Superior, Wisconsin. Major design elements include structural roof improvements and roof replacement, mechanical and electrical upgrades, interior design upgrades, and an approximate 500 sq. ft. expansion. Scope of work includes design, development of technical bid documents and construction support. The purpose of this project is to seek design services from qualified consultants for a renovation project at the Superior Fire Station #3, located at 2531 East 5th Street, Superior, Wisconsin.
