Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a residential development in Clive, Iowa. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a residential development.

The primary purpose of this work is to remove asbestos-containing material, demolish and haul away site and building debris from the properties owned by the City for the 2023 Alice's Road Asbestos Removal and Demolition Project. This work shall be done in the most expeditious manner possible. The work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of asbestos removal, demolition and removal of the structures listed in these specifications. Also, to be included are any structures and other site improvements remaining on the lots; all concrete, stone, brick, asphalt or other flatwork, planters, shrubbery, yard waste, debris, junk, fences, retaining walls and the like, as well as capping of wells, collapsing of cisterns, and properly abandoning any septic systems, if any. If necessary, requests will be responded to in the form of written Addenda which will be emailed to all known Bidders no later than November 22, 2023, and will also be available (see below). All Addenda that you receive shall become a part of the RFB/Contract documents. Such Addenda will be acknowledged and dated by you on the Signature Page of your Bid Submittal.
