Renovation of a municipal facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project, located at the Mecklenburg County Courthouse (Courthouse), will include a detailed evaluation of the existing system and a comprehensive plan to replace or upgrade the Video Surveillance System at the Courthouse. These services will include design, documentation, procurement and construction administration to implement the upgrade and/or replacement plan. As of November 15, 2023, this project is included Mecklenburg County's FY2024-2028 CIP and funding is allocated for construction in FY 2026 and FY 2027. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
