Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Lebanon, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Installation of Shaw's Flooring Product (Respite and Community Line) at the existing Town of Lebanon Community Center. Submit all questions by Friday, November 24, at 12:00 PM to Jim Russo/J R Russo, LLC. Response to questions will be posted on Town Web Site and DAS Website. Project Goals: Have completion of project by January 15, 2024. o Building Permit fees are not applicable to this Project. o Project is Tax Exempt and non-Wage Scale. o Bidder shall have a current License from the State of CT Dept. of Consumer Protection. o Insurance Certificate (Town of Lebanon Certificate Holder) shall be submitted with Bid. a. General Liability: $1,000,000 per Occurrence b. Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 per Occurrence c. Workers Compensation: Per State Standards d. Certificate Holer: The Town of Lebanon, CT o Selection of Flooring by the Town is finalized as Shaw's "Repite and Community Line." No Substitutions are acceptable. o 15 Year Limited Commercial Warranty shall be included in Base Bid Submission. o Town of Lebanon retains the right to award the Contract to the low, qualified and responsible firm. o Town of Lebanon Ct is an Equal Opportunity Employer
