Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting shall be Monday December 11,10 AM on Site. (Gambrel Attic Area needs to be measured for actual dimensions). Building Permit fees are not applicable to this Project. Project is Tax Exempt and non-Wage Scale. Bidder shall have a current License from the State of CT Dept, ofConsumer Protection. o Insurance Certificate (Town of Lebanon Certificate Holder) shall be submitted with Bid. a. General Liability: $1,000,000 per Occurrence b. Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 per Occurrence c.
