The Town of Lebanon is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for lawn mowing and grounds maintenance on all Town of Lebanon cemetery sites per the Bid Specifications. A copy of Contractor's Liability and Worker's Compensation Insurance Certificate must be provided prior to contract signing. The Board of Selectmen reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Town of Lebanon is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Question Deadline 03/20/2025 Questions shall be directed to Sarah Hill, Executive Assistant to the First Selectman in writing at Town Hall, 579 Exeter Road, Lebanon, CT 06249 or via email (shill@lebanonct.gov) no less than four (4) days prior to the bid opening. Please include in your bid; your certificate of insurance WITH WORKER'S COMPENSATION coverage, list of equipment (indicate all specialized equipment for cemetery care), and provide all prior commercial experience in landscaping and maintenance of cemeteries. Please list three references including at least one commercial account.
